Grow With Us
A family-owned clinic where clinicians get real time with their patients, mentorship from the founder, and room to grow — serving the Palm Beaches since 1991.
Our People Make the Difference
That's our tagline for patients — and it starts with how we treat the people who work here.
Family-owned since 1991
Independent and steady for more than three decades — no corporate churn, no revolving door. The founder still walks the floor.
39+ years, 80,000+ patients
A busy, established practice with deep roots in the Palm Beaches — and the patient volume that keeps your skills sharp.
Real one-on-one care
We're not a high-volume mill. You get the time to treat people properly — the reason most of us chose this field in the first place.
Mentorship from the founder
Learn directly from Dr. Dave Kashuba, Ph.D., who personally trains and mentors clinicians who join the team.
A team patients know by name
Read our 4.9★ Google reviews — patients call out our staff by name. That's the culture you'd be joining.
Four disciplines, one roof
Physical therapy, occupational therapy, certified hand therapy, and wellness — variety in your caseload, colleagues to learn from.
Room to grow
Opportunities for advancement as the practice grows, with part-time-to-full-time paths on select roles.
A clinic with a voice
Our founder co-hosts the Pain 2 Power radio show Saturdays on 100.3 Legends Radio — we educate the community, not just treat it.
Rooted across the Palm Beaches
Patients come to us from North Palm Beach, Palm Beach Gardens, Jupiter, Juno Beach, and West Palm Beach — a reputation you'll be proud to represent.
