Things to Do, West Palm Beach to Jupiter

Parks, beaches, trails and museums across North County, grouped by town and tagged by how much moving each one asks of you.

The point of therapy is getting back to your life, and around here a lot of that life happens outdoors. So here is North County, from West Palm Beach up to Jupiter and Tequesta, one town at a time. Every place carries a tag: an easy walk, a beach, a trail, time on the water, somewhere indoors, or a climb. If you are partway through recovery, pick from the gentler end and ask your therapist before you take on a sandy trail or a lighthouse staircase. That is exactly the kind of goal we like to build a plan around.

Every place below was checked against its own official site in October 2026. Hours, fees and closures change, so check before you go. We are not affiliated with any of them.
